HVPSI specializes in the modular design of power electrical/electronic modules. Custom encapsulation provides ease of assembly and has solved a number of our customers problems when they have needed to protect their equipment and circuits from severe vibration and harsh ambient environments.
Custom modules containing resistors, transformer coils, connectors, capacitors and/or other discrete components or electronic circuits are available. Standard MOV and snubber circuit modules are also available.
One of the advantages of the modular MOV and snubber circuits is safety. Should a catastrophic MOV failure occur, the internal wiring and connections are designed to contain the failure within the encapsulated module. This eliminates burned traces on PC boards, and simplifies the replacement of failed components by field service personnel.
